33rd Annual Benefit Auction & Preview Exhibition
Auction: Owl's Head Transportation Museum. Preview Exhibition: CMCA
CMCA will hold its 33rd Annual Benefit Auction & Dinner on Sunday, August 1, 2010, from 5-9pm at the Owl's Head Transportation Museum in Owl's Head, Maine. Auctioneer will be Kaja Veilleux of Thomaston Place Auction Galleries. Swan's Way will cater the dinner. Tickets to the Auction & Dinner are $125 per person.
The Auction Preview Exhibition at CMCA runs from Wednesday, July 21, through Saturday, July 31. There will be a reception on Wednesday, July 21, from 5 to 7 pm. Both the reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.
CMCA's annual auction is the state’s foremost benefit art auction, and CMCA’s biggest fund raising event of the year. CMCA strives to present the latest and best in Maine art to the public and to serve as a resource for the artist community throughout the entire state. The proceeds of the auction will benefit CMCA and the artists who generously donate their work for the event.
